In October 2021, the ASTRA hotel became the second hotel in FIDUROCK's residential portfolio. Covering an area of 2,689 m², it offers visitors 60 comfortably equipped rooms, a modern conference room with a capacity of up to 100 guests, and a summer terrace for peaceful outdoor seating. Located in a quiet part of Prague, the hotel is easily accessible due to its proximity to the metro station. The hotel will continue regular operations under the management of an experienced hotel network operator in the Czech Republic, while FIDUROCK prepares for a planned renovation of the building.
