During the late summer and just before the start of the new school year, we successfully completed the final phase of renovation on our building on Křížkovského Street at Olomouc's Republic Square. This extensive renovation transformed the originally mostly office space into a modern project designed for student housing. Within one month, all 148 student beds were rented out – and all in EUR!
