At the end of the year, FIDUROCK added an apartment building in Prague’s Nusle district at Svatoslavova 16 to its residential portfolio. This 1,060 m² property already has a valid building permit for the expansion and reconfiguration of the rental spaces. FIDUROCK plans to increase the number of residential units from 16 to 23. Renovation work will begin concurrently with the neighboring building at Svatoslavova 18, which will be added to FIDUROCK’s portfolio after obtaining a building permit in Q1 2022. The development of both properties is expected to be completed within twelve months, with new tenants set to move in by 2023.
