On January 12, 2022, FIDUROCK began construction on the second phase of the Retail Park Staré Město project. The extension will expand the existing building, which covers 4,100 m², by an additional 500 m² of retail space. The main tenant of the new section will be the kitchenware and accessories store BANQUET. The completion of the extension and the opening of new units to the public is scheduled for summer this year. The retail park is located in the shopping zone of Staré Město near Uherské Hradiště, which serves as the main shopping destination for most residents of the town and the surrounding area.
