FIDUROCK získal kolaudační rozhodnutí pro bytový dům v Bratislavské ulici v Brně

The apartment building on Bratislavská Street underwent a complete renovation, including the addition of one more floor, bringing the total to 8 floors with 30 residential units tailored to the current demand for smaller apartments. In the first half of February, FIDUROCK received an occupancy permit for floors 1-7, and from February 15, prospective tenants can begin moving in and enjoy comfortable living in the heart of Brno. We expect the completion of the 8th floor and the issuance of the occupancy permit by the end of March this year, allowing tenants to move in at the beginning of April 2022.
