A significant step forward for our architecturally valuable and historic apartment buildings in Brno and Olomouc was the successful commencement of planned renovations at the turn of August and September. In the attractive location of Brno's city center on Antonínská Street, a building with a floor area of 2,450 m² is undergoing a complete renovation. The addition of an attic conversion and the adaptation of existing units to meet modern demand will increase the total number of apartments to 52. The planned completion and start of apartment rentals is set for the end of October 2022. In Olomouc's city center, the historic building on Křížkovského Street, with a floor area of 2,900 m², has begun its second phase of renovation. Upon its planned completion in Q3 2022, the building will offer, in addition to versatile commercial spaces, 153 beds for student accommodation.
