We have completed the reconstruction of three historic buildings in attractive Prague locations

We have successfully completed the extensive reconstruction of three apartment buildings in Prague – one in Holešovice (Veletržní Street) and two in Nusle (Svatoslavova Street). The projects combined the consistent preservation of the historical character of the buildings with the high standard of contemporary urban living.

The construction renovations not only included a complete modernization of the interiors and technical facilities, but also an expansion of the living space by more than 1,000 m² through an efficient extension. In total, these new apartment buildings contain 75 residential units. In Holešovice, there are 37 apartments ranging from 1+kk to 3+kk. In Nusle, there are 38 modernly furnished apartments.

The architectural approach emphasized the preservation of valuable Art Nouveau elements of the facades and common areas, while the interiors were designed with functionality, aesthetics and long-term sustainability in mind. The use of modern technologies has also contributed to reducing the energy consumption and operating costs of the buildings.
