In April, FIDUROCK successfully signed a purchase agreement for an apartment building on Antonínská Street in an attractive location in the center of Brno. The building has a floor area of 1,970 m2, 6 floors, and 21 residential units, which FIDUROCK plans to modernize and further develop the attic space for an additional 7 residential units.
