The Fidurock Group once again proudly partnered with CzechCrunch’s Money Maker Conference, one of the most prominent business events of the year. As part of the program, David Hauerland, Managing Director of Fidurock, took part in the panel discussion “How can the public profit from rental housing and retail parks?” Throughout the day, visitors had the opportunity to experience not only Fidurock itself but also its brands VOIX and Zlati Grič, which together helped create the distinctive atmosphere of the entire event.

Clear investments and real value

In the main program held at the iconic Spirála venue, David Hauerland presented Fidurock’s investment strategy and long-term approach to real estate. “Our journey began with commercial properties and gradually evolved toward residential apartment buildings. Both segments represent long-term, stable investments. We focus on the reconstruction of high-quality buildings in prime locations, as we see strong fundamentals in wider city centers. The combination of apartment buildings and retail parks creates a defensive and liquid portfolio that withstands market fluctuations,” said Hauerland.

The group continues to expand its portfolio. “We currently have around 1,000 new apartments in preparation. Not everything we develop ends up in our fund — some projects are better suited for sale, while others for long-term rental,” he added.

In the expo zone, visitors could stop by the Fidurock Lounge, where they had the opportunity to meet our team, discuss investment topics, and learn more about our funds and the group’s plans.

Guests could also enjoy wine from Zlati Grič, while the VOIX brand brought a unique music experience to the event — visitors could have their own custom track created live by a DJ. The sound experience was delivered through Bang & Olufsen headphones, which VOIX exclusively represents.

The lounge area, designed for networking and discussions, also featured wine tastings from Zlati Grič, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Meanwhile, VOIX ensured a live broadcast of the main stage program from the Spirála via Bang & Olufsen TVs installed in the business lounge.

The synergy between Fidurock, VOIX, and Zlati Grič once again demonstrated that the combination of expertise, sustainability, and experience can create value that goes far beyond the investment itself.
