FIDUROCK obtained a zoning decision for the construction of a new RP in Piešťany

A year and a half has passed since July 2018, when we successfully acquired a large plot of land in the spa town of Piešťany. We are now proud to announce that we have obtained a zoning decision for the construction of a new retail park. We expect to obtain a final building permit in the near future, after which we will commence construction. The project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2021 or in the spring of 2022. The 27,000 m² plot is a project consisting of three complementary parts: a retirement home, multifunctional buildings, and the construction of a retail park with 6,500 m² of leasable space. The land is located in a lucrative part of the spa town and within walking distance of the large Adam Trajan housing estate. We believe that the future project will be very successful and we are keeping our fingers crossed that we will be able to start construction as soon as possible.
