Forbes: Fidurock among the best-performing newcomers on the real estate fund market

The year 2024 was very successful for real estate funds in the Czech Republic. Most of them beat inflation and brought investors solid returns, most often in the range of five to eight percent. According to data from the Nemovitostní-fondy.cz portal, which has long-term monitored the performance of funds available to the public and funds for qualified investors, Fidurock I. real estate fund also ranked among the top results for last year.

As stated in his overview by the portal's expert guarantor Jan Traxler, Fidurock I. real estate achieved a return of 8.7% in 2024, making it one of the best-performing newcomers on the market. Together with the Vigo Public real estate and Max real estate funds, it was one of the three new players with above-average results

The Fidurock I. fund focuses on investments in rental housing, mainly through the purchase and reconstruction of apartment buildings in large cities. According to analysts, this market segment is becoming increasingly attractive, mainly due to the growing demand for rentals in cities such as Prague or Brno and the stability that rental housing offers investors.

Fidurock thus confirmed last year that a responsible and thoughtful approach to real estate investments can bring above-standard appreciation even in an environment that was challenging for part of the market. In competition with dozens of funds, its fund ranked among the visible players with performance results above expectations.
