You can choose an apartment using a virtual tour and immediately know how good amenities in a location such as Vinohrady, Vršovice, Nusle or Letná you will get. The contract can be signed online and billing or payments can be easily managed via the tenant portal." Not to mention flexibility, solving problems with neighbors or repairs in the apartment, explains Hauerland.
