Housing as a service. What does it mean in practice? And why is it a good way to solve the housing issue at the moment?
David Hauerland answers this in an interview with CzechCrunch.
"We see the main value in the stable position of real estate in attractive locations in the centers of Prague and Brno. But we also focus on the user experience - from online rental to easy moving. You can choose an apartment using a virtual tour and immediately know how good amenities in a location such as Vinohrady, Vršovice, Nusle or Letná you will get. The contract can be signed online and billing or payments can be easily managed via the tenant portal." Not to mention flexibility, solving problems with neighbors or repairs in the apartment, explains Hauerland.
