In recent days, misleading information has appeared on social media regarding several apartment buildings in Brno, located on Stará, Vlhká, Bratislavská, and Francouzská streets. Although this matter dates back nearly ten years, we would like to clarify the key facts.
In 2016, our company Fidurock Brno s.r.o. acquired a project consisting of several apartment buildings on the mentioned streets through a special purpose vehicle (SPV) from the then-owner, Dolfin Real Estate, s.r.o.. The transaction was carried out as a standard business deal between two independent and unrelated entities.
At the time of acquisition, the properties were in very poor technical condition. Our goal was to carry out a complete reconstruction and gradually transform them into safe, high-quality residential housing. Individual agreements were made with all tenants, and in cooperation with relevant institutions, alternative housing solutions were sought where necessary. All steps were conducted in full compliance with applicable legislation, and the Fidurock Group has never violated any laws.
In the following years, extensive renovations were completed on all buildings. Today, they are fully occupied and represent dignified, modern housing. The project stands as an example of the successful transformation of neglected properties into quality urban housing, contributing to the revitalization of this part of the city.
