
The last acquisition of 2018 was the purchase of a historic building in Olomouc. Following Prague and Brno, FIDUROCK has thus expanded its activities in the residential segment to a third major city. The historic landmark building in the center of Olomouc, with an area of 3,345 m², offers a wide range of uses. The building is 75% occupied and houses student dormitories, Svatováclavské pivní lázně, CETIN, MAISON VIET, Česká pošta, restaurants, and more. FIDUROCK plans to adapt the building in the future and use it largely as student accommodation.
