Fidurock is pleased to announce a successful acquisition on the Slovak market. Since July 2018, the newly acquired site has been part of the FIDUROCK portfolio. The extensive plot is located in a prime area of the spa town of Piešťany, within walking distance of the large residential district of Adama Trajana. Covering nearly 27,000 m², the land is intended for the development of a new retail park. Following the issuance of the zoning permit, a portion of the site is planned to be sold to additional investors.
