Prague 7 – acquisition of an apartment building

In May 2019, FIDUROCK successfully completed a new acquisition of an apartment building in Prague 7. The building, with Art Nouveau elements from the early 20th century, has 13 residential and 2 non-residential units, large basement and attic spaces. FIDUROCK plans to renovate the premises and build additional residential units. The apartments will then be rented out.
