Managing Partner of Fidurock, David Hauerland, gave an interview to the financial news portal Roklen24, in which he describes, among other things, why we decided to establish a real estate investment fund. "The demand for rental housing in the Czech Republic will grow, so since 2016 we have focused on buying older apartment buildings in premium locations in Prague and Brno. These houses are carefully selected, then renovated and finally rented out. The emphasis is on making the apartments good quality and comfortable to live in." informs Hauerland.Due to our long-standing know-how in real estate, we have established a new fund. It is intended for anyone who wants to invest once or regularly from CZK 500 per month. It is designed to be stable and resistant to market fluctuations. The fund's assets will be properties located in attractive locations. Investors will thus be able to save into the fund over the long term and will know exactly what they are investing in and what properties the fund owns. The expected appreciation is more than 6%.Read the full interview on roklen24.cz.
