The project was developed by Lincoln Property Company, with whom Fidurock has a long-term partnership within its retail park portfolio. The L-shaped project, covering an area of 4,077 m², expanded the highly accessible location with a growing commercial zone on the border between Staré Město and Uherské Hradiště by eight commercial units. The main tenants of the project include Mountfield, Dr. Max, Sportisimo, Teta drogerie, and others.
