Fidurock's focus on retail real estate is confirmed by its recent purchase of land with zoning approval. The total future value of the property is expected to reach up to €6 million. The retail park will offer its customers a total leasable area of 4,077 m² and eight retail units. The park is already fully occupied by tenants with whom long-term lease agreements have been signed. The main tenants include Mountfield, Oresi, Sportisimo, Dr. Max, Drogerie Teta, Pet Center, and others.
