Insufficient construction, rising property prices, and increasing rents. The first edition of the TOP Real Estate Funds conference, organized by Hospodářské noviny in cooperation with the University of Economics in Prague, provided valuable insights into current developments in the real estate market.
David Hauerland, Managing Director of our group, also spoke at the conference, joining other industry experts to discuss the current state and future of the real estate market. During the panel discussion, all speakers agreed that both property prices and rental rates are likely to continue rising.
Key topics included the shift from home ownership to rental housing, the potential in residential development, and the trend of converting office spaces into apartments. The conference also highlighted opportunities driven by urbanization, demographic changes, and the potential of high-speed rail connections.
