The purchase of land in Chocen, eastern Bohemia, is another successful acquisition by FIDUROCK. This is a development project with a local partner, in which FIDUROCK has a 50% stake. A new retail park – Retail Park Choceň – with an area of 5,010 m² will be built on the land, which has already been granted zoning approval and a building permit. Demolition is already underway, construction will begin at the end of 2018, and we expect completion in mid-2019. The main tenant, Penny Market, has already been agreed upon, and the occupancy of the other ten units will be decided during construction.
