In the first half of December 2020, FIDUROCK successfully opened the new Choceň Retail Park with 10 units. The main tenant is Penny Market, which occupies an area of 1,300 m². Other tenants include Pepco, KiK, Okay elektro, ROSSMANN, ZZN, a pharmacy, and others. Construction of the new 5,010 m2 retail park began at the end of 2019. Despite the difficult conditions associated with the COVID-19 epidemic in the Czech Republic, it was completed according to schedule in September 2020. Unfortunately, due to one of the suppliers, the opening had to be postponed until December 2020.
