The renovated apartment building on Provazníkova Street already has new residents. The dominant building with a floor area of 3,200 m² has a total of four floors. Newly built apartments ranging from 19 to 55 m² occupy an area of 2,260 m², while the remaining 940 m² is intended for commercial use. Thirty percent of the apartments have already been leased, and we expect 100% occupancy by the end of November.
