At the end of 2021, FIDUROCK strengthened its retail portfolio with the acquisition of the Retail Park Levice project, located in the heart of the largest residential area in Levice – Vinohrady. Once construction begins in the coming year and is completed, the retail park will offer customers 10 rental units covering a leasable area of 5,000 m² and 150 parking spaces. The main tenants will include the Billa supermarket, 101 Drogerie, Super ZOO, Banquet, TEDi, Sinsay, and others.
