In March 2021, FIDUROCK added another apartment building to its residential portfolio in the prestigious Vinohrady district, located at Sázavská 9. The building consists of 5 above-ground and 1 underground floor, with a total floor area of 1,185 m². The 10 residential units occupy 690 m², and the 3 commercial spaces cover 112 m². FIDUROCK plans to renovate the entire building and adapt it to modern housing trends.
