On June 8, 2021, FIDUROCK became the 100% owner of Retail Park Choceň by acquiring the remaining 50% share from its business partner. This step completed the acquisition process, which began in 2018 with the purchase of 50% of the development land. Construction started in April 2020, and the park opened to the public in December of the same year. The total leasable area is 5,400 m², featuring 10 rental units. Tenants include Penny Market with 1,300 m², as well as Pepco, Kik, Okay electronics, ROSSMANN, ZZN, a pharmacy, and more.
