On June 21, 2021, the construction site was handed over to the general contractor, marking the start of the Retail Park Milevsko project. The shopping park will be the first modern retail center in Milevsko and its surrounding area. Upon completion, it will offer 4,000 m² of retail space. Tenants will include the Albert grocery chain, occupying 1,275 m², as well as KIK, dm drugstore, Banquet, Planeo Elektro, Akvazoo, and others. The project is scheduled for completion and will open to its first customers in April 2022
