The historic building in the center of Olomouc underwent the first phase of an extensive renovation at the end of 2020. The building permit for the second phase was legally approved on April 19, 2021. Construction work will begin in July 2021, and after its planned completion in Q3 2022, the building will feature 170 beds primarily for short-term accommodation and 4 commercial units. The renovation is being carried out with respect to the original design of the building, ensuring that its historical character remains unchanged and all historically valuable elements are preserved.
