The renovation of the apartment building on Bratislavská Street in Brno began on March 22, 2021. The planned work includes a complete reconstruction and the addition of one more floor. Upon completion, the building will offer 30 residential units for long-term rental. The project is located in the Zábrdovice district, which is gradually transforming into a modern urban area due to numerous new residential and multifunctional projects. We believe that our project will positively contribute to the development of the neighborhood and become a home, a pleasant place for living and relaxation, fulfilling the expectations of both its new tenants and FIDUROCK.
