Seznam Zprávy: Fidurock is establishing a fund where it will invest its rental apartments. It is not afraid of lack of interest

Managing Director of the Fidurock group David Hauerland gave an interview to the news website Seznam Zprávy. In the interview you will learn what the plans are for our newly established fund, what types of properties we will invest in it and why we are not afraid that there will be no interest in investments.

"Since 2016, we have been systematically building a rental housing portfolio. We focus on premium locations, and in order to continue growing, we decided to establish a real estate fund designed for small investors. We perceive apartment buildings and rental housing as the most conservative segment of the market. The segment on which our fund will be based has a plan B. In the case of an apartment building, you can always decide to sell off units," explains Hauerland, the advantages of the new fund.
